Nibley Music Festival is a family friendly event, with lots of free activities for the kids. Here’s what we have booked so far:

Inflatable fun: Have you ever played a game of human bungee football? Or perhaps you would like to take your chance on our rodeo bull? We also have a Rainbow Run inflatable which everybody can enjoy.

Craft tent: This popular tent is back again, with more opportunities to let you be creative. This year we will also have some large scale art projects for everyone to get involved in.  Check out their website at junkfish.co.uk.

Silly Science and @Bristol: We are very lucky this year to have both Silly Science (a local team who do all the big festivals) and @Bristol (the award winning science exhibition) coming together to delight the kids. The children will get a chance to take part in wacky and zany experiments – it’s guaranteed to be a hoot!

Chill Out Zone: In the evening the Craft Tent steps down a gear, with some DIY activities, book corner and cushions and rugs to relax on.

Henna Tattoos : This is one of the few activities for which there is a charge, but they are being offered at a subsidised price.

The Playbus: Do your kids like soft-play? Do they like big yellow buses? Of course they do and both are combined in our Festival Playbus so they can get rid of all their excess energy whilst the grown-ups have a Summer Holiday (minus Cliff and Una!)

Pre school Play Area and Baby Change: Provided by North Nibley Pre School who will also be selling candyfloss and temporary tattoos at this year’s festival. The friendly and professional Pre School operates during school term times Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and accepts children aged 2 to 5. The Toddler group for under 5′s is on Mondays 9.30 to 11am. Both groups operate from the Village Hall.

FestivalKidz Wagons: FestivalKidz will be here with all sorts of goodies on offer, including their beautiful wooden wagons which can be booked in advance – suggest you act quickly if you want to get your hands on one!  See their website at www.festivalkidz.com/transport/festival-wagons/ for more info and to book.
