FAQ
Your questions answered

Many questions are answered in our Full Terms and Conditions.

  • Where can I get tickets?

All details are on our ticket page.

  • How do I get there?

North Nibley is a stunning Cotswold location, half way between Bristol and Gloucester. Get to the village and follow the signs. Here’s a map or put GL11 6DL into your sat-nav.

  • Do I have to pay for parking?

No – there is plenty of free parking in a nearby field.

  • What time does the festival start and finish?

The 2010 festival is on Saturday 3rd July. The gates open at 1.30pm and the music continues until 11pm.

  • Are the access and facilities suitable for the disabled?

The festival site is on a level, grassed playing field. It is suitable for wheelchair access, and disabled parking will be as close as possible to the main entrance. There will be disabled toilets on the site. If you wish to discuss any concerns please contact us via info@nibleyfestival.co.uk.

  • What are the festival organisers doing to limit the impact on the environment?

We have a team actively working on ways to limit our CO2 footprint.  This year we’re concentrating on recycling; we encourage people to liftshare where possible; we’ll have an information area focussing on green issues; and we are investigating ways off offsetting our CO2 footprint locally.  More information on our Green Space page.

  • Which bands are playing?

All details are on our music page.

  • Is it OK to bring kids?

Yes. This is a very family-friendly festival with plenty to keep children busy and most of the activities are included in the admission price. See our kids page for more detail.

  • What else is there to do?

See the list on our fun page.

  • Can I bring my own food or drink?

We will have a wide range of food stalls on site but you can bring your own picnic if you wish. However, we do not allow BBQ’s or open fires and we do not allow glass containers or bottles to be brought onto the site.
Several beers from Severn Vale Brewery, lager, cider, wine and soft drinks will be available but we do not otherwise allow alcohol to be brought onto the site.

  • Can I bring my dog?

No. The festival uses the village playing field from which dogs are prohibited by local bye-law. Sorry.

  • Can I camp at the festival?

Yes.  Camping tickets must be purchased by Wednesday 30 June.  No camping tickets will be sold at the gate.  To cover costs we are charging £5 per tent/campervan – available when you buy your tickets. The camping field is open from 12:30 on Saturday.  Further details are in our camping guidelines.

  • Can I run a stall at the festival?

We still have some spaces. Email stalls@nibleyfestival.co.uk.
